Hi all

Yep you guessed it its that  time again... time for the rum club!!!!!!

This time we have the lark distillery coming to show a still and give tastes of the pure form of rum and then onto some good aged rums..

This is going to be the most informative rum club to date with lots to taste..

So book your place and enjoy!!!!

Rum club is on Wednesday the 12th of August at 6pm

Next meeting of the Rum Club Wed 27 May. 
Featuring the brand ambassador for Bacardi, who is coming down from Hamilton, Bermuda to show us all things Bacardi.
 Oro, Superior, Gold, Black, 151 (watch out for this one...it has a fire retardant lid!!!!!) and Limon. 
Cocktails and food also provided.  $50 per head and a 6 for 6:30 start......love the rum!!!

The New Sydney is starting a rum club with the first tasting to be Flor de Cana (Spanish for "flower of the cane") with the brand ambassador flying down from Nicaragua for a semi formal tasting of the 4 ,7 and 18 year old Flor de Cana.  They will also be tasting Trago tequila  which will be fun,

Food as usual will follow as well as cocktails with kick off at 6 pm wed April 22.  Bookings essential.  $50 per head.  Pop in to the New Sydney and speak with Al or call him on 62344516
